If you’re planning a multi-day or single day conference and want to make it special, reach out! Whether you want your clients to dine with Michelin chefs in ruins in Mexico or have Hawaiian themed parties right near home, I’m who you call for that extra something special. If you want a normal work conferences in conference rooms in a major city, we’re not a good fit. We pay attention to the details, want memorable moments and unique experiences and want every guest to leave feeling like that was one of the best conferences they’ve ever been to. A few things to know:

-Based on the size of the project, we’ll bring on an appropriate amount of team members to help

-All events are charged on a project basis. We do not take a cut from vendors so we work with you to prioritize whatever your needs are and will not push anyone specific. We are happy to provide recommendations

-The team can offer event consultation as well as full service event production and management

-While we can plan trips around the world, we have a few places we know better than others - Caribbean, Mexico, Southern and Eastern Africa, the Finger Lakes region in upstate NY, Greater Boston area, NYC, Guatemala, certain parts of Portugal and Spain
